1. Our Commitment
Cheercade respects the intellectual‑property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
2. User‑Uploaded Content
Customers are solely responsible for the photos and content they upload. By placing an order you confirm you have the rights and permissions to use the content you provide. We do not review uploads for copyright ownership, but we will act on valid infringement notices.
3. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe content on our service infringes your copyright, send us a written notice that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough detail to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone);
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
- Your electronic or physical signature.
4. Where to Send Your Notice

5. Counter‑Notice
If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notice including:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email;
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and will accept service from the party who filed the original notice;
- Your electronic or physical signature.

6. Repeat Infringers
We may cancel orders and refuse service to anyone who repeatedly infringes the intellectual‑property rights of others.
