Shipping Policy

This policy covers how and when your Cheercade order is delivered. Your personalized game is digital and arrives right away; physical posters and canvases are made to order and shipped to you.
1. Your Digital Game
Your personalized game is delivered instantly by a play link as soon as your payment is confirmed — there's nothing to ship and no waiting. Printed products also include a QR code and link to play the same game.
2. Production Time for Printed Products
Posters and canvases are made to order. Production typically takes 2–3 business days before your order ships. If you purchased a rush / skip‑the‑line option at checkout, your order is prioritized in production.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–21 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Total time to receive a printed order is production time plus shipping time.
4. Where We Ship & Shipping Costs
Printed products currently ship to the United States, with select international destinations available at checkout. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. If your country isn't available and you'd like a print, email [email protected].
5. International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Cheercade is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. For fraud prevention we may place an order on a brief verification hold if an address fails our checks; production and shipping timeframes begin once the hold is resolved. We'll email you if we need to confirm anything.
7. Tracking Your Order
When your printed order ships, we'll email you tracking information. Carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control; if your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, contact us and we'll help.
