Refund & Replacement Policy

Every Cheercade order is personalized and made to order just for you, so we handle refunds a little differently than an off‑the‑shelf product. Our goal is simple: if something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
1. Made‑to‑Order Items
Because games and prints are personalized and produced specifically for your order, we generally cannot offer refunds for change of mind. However, you are covered in the cases below.
2. Eligible for a Free Replacement or Refund
- Damaged in transit: your print arrived visibly damaged, cracked, or bent.
- Defective print quality: significant color distortion, blurring, or print defects that were not present in the design you approved.
- Incorrect item: you received the wrong product, size, or design.
- Order error on our side: a name, message, or character was produced differently from what you submitted.
- Lost in transit: tracking confirms your order is lost or significantly overdue (typically 30+ days past the estimated delivery date).
3. Not Eligible
- The uploaded photo was low resolution, blurry, or poorly lit, resulting in a lower‑quality result.
- Change of mind after approving your design — please review your game and print preview carefully before ordering.
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
- Buyer's remorse on a personalized digital game that has already been delivered and played.
- The issue is reported more than 7 days after delivery with no quality problem.
- Minor color differences between an on‑screen preview and the printed product — screens and print render color differently, and small variations are normal.
4. How to Report an Issue
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include:
- Your order number;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Photos of the item and packaging (for damaged or defective claims).
5. Replacement Process
For approved claims, we'll arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you, or a refund where appropriate. Replacements are produced and shipped on our standard timeline. You generally will not need to return a damaged item, though we may ask for a photo.
6. Digital Games
If your personalized game contains an error we caused, we'll correct it and re‑issue your play link. Once a digital game has been delivered and is working as designed, it is not eligible for a refund based on change of mind.
